Very full-bodied, it is the “underground chic” gin dedicated to bartenders for mixing.

    Islay Cask Finish takes its golden color from aging in Islay Single Malt Scotch Whiskey barrels. The properties of the different wooden barrels can give each batch slightly different organoleptic characteristics, but this does not affect the fundamental characteristics of the final result.

    Each batch and bottle number is always marked by hand on the label, as well as the month and year of production.
