Açaí is a plant from the palm family that grows widely in the Amazon rainforest. The name is pronounced “assaì” and means fruit “that weeps or secretes water”. Açaì were recently discovered and have been identified as the most nutritious fruits of the Amazon rainforest. Its berries are in fact rich in fiber, vitamins A, B, C, E, mineral salts and antioxidants.
Very rare to find in Europe, Mixer brought their taste and nutrition to us by selecting quality Brazilian Açaís and creating their Fruit puree concentrate in an energetic mix with banana and apple. For truly unique and original drinks, this is the perfect product.
Mango

Mango is a fruit rich in nutrients, in fact its pulp contains fiber, vitamin C, polyphenols and carotenoids. It is originally from Asia and in fact Mixer selects the best from India and picked at the perfect moment of ripeness.
Its flavor is particular because it can recall a mix of peach, orange and pineapple; it is refreshing and tasty. For these reasons it becomes an interesting ingredient in different varieties of cocktails, from daiquiri to spritz with prosecco and lime juice or prosecco and lemon juice with a sprig of rosemary.

Williams Pear

Did you know that the pear is not a fruit but a pomaceous of the genus Pyrus? The fruit is in fact made up only of the core and its seeds. Its sweetness and its regenerating properties have been enjoyed by man for over 4000 years all over the world. There are over five thousand types, but the most loved of all is the Williams Pear.
There are numerous delicious cocktails that can be prepared with the Mixer puree concentrate, created with Italian Williams pears picked at the perfect moment of ripeness. Among the most popular are cocktails with vodka, but you can also make excellent combinations with brandy, rum and other spirits as well as leaving room for the imagination thanks to the seductive fruity and floral aroma and the sugary flavor.

Coconut is considered a functional food since it can bring many benefits to the body and was once known as the tree of life. Widely used in Indian cuisine, it has many uses. The fruit itself remains for Italians the symbol of summer at the beach sipping a cold Pina Colada and anyone will tell you that Mixer is the king of the colada!
Most of our coconut ingredients are of Sri Lankan origin. High consumption in beverages in the tiki category or used also for desserts and coconut-flavoured sauces.

In many countries, Guava is used in non-sweet cooking dishes and spice mixes. It is among the fruits richest in antioxidants and vitamin C. Its juice is so delicious that it is sometimes called the "nectar of the Gods".
