Yuzu is widespread in China, Tibet, Japan, and Korea and unlike most other citrus fruits, it can withstand very cold temperatures. It is rich in vitamin C and polyphenols. It is very fragrant and it can be used both in the kitchen and in the beverage sector it works well with gin and to make fresh aromatic cocktails. Guava

In many countries, Guava is used in non-sweet cooking dishes and spice mixes. It is among the fruits richest in antioxidants and vitamin C. Its juice is so delicious that it is sometimes called the "nectar of the Gods".

Coconut is considered a functional food since it can bring many benefits to the body and was once known as the tree of life. Widely used in Indian cuisine, it has many uses. The fruit itself remains for Italians the symbol of summer at the beach sipping a cold Pina Colada and anyone will tell you that Mixer is the king of the colada!
Most of our coconut ingredients are of Sri Lankan origin. High consumption in beverages in the tiki category or used also for desserts and coconut-flavoured sauces.
