Orzata – Orgeat syrup

Almond is one of the flavors of the Italian tradition for the preparation of sweets and both hot and refreshing drinks.
Orzata is traditionally produced only with bitter almond flavor (the so-called benzoin). However, Orgeat Mixer in addition to this component contains real almond paste in addition that "elevates" the product to real almond syrup and gives it a fuller and more consistent flavor.
