Isla Coiba Anejo is the perfect summer rum. It has an enveloping taste, with an excellent balance between acidity and sugary sensation. The finish with clear notes of caramel and exotic fruit is delicious. Already on the nose it strikes the senses with the scents of caramel and vanilla and that marine sensation that recalls its origins. Isla Coiba has in fact been produced since 1908 with the aim of giving maximum expression to Panamanian rum. This Anejo version is always a safe choice for mixing.
Rum aged for at least 15 years in small oak barrels in the tropical aging conditions of Martinique, for a high-level tasting experience.
Aged agricultural rum for true connoisseurs: Appearance: copper / cashew. Bouquet: earthy and woody notes combined with roasted and grilled aromas. Taste: tannins and wood dominate with notes of undergrowth and flavors of macerated fruits.
