Mezcal Nakawe Espadin is an artisanal Mezcal created using all the passion and love of its region. In Mexico there are more than 200 varieties of agave for the production of handmade mezcal. This plant is considered sacred by its ancestors and Mezcal Nakawe espadin wants to keep this ancestral drink alive.
Tasting notes:
The aroma of myrrh stands out on the nose, at the same time it is fresh, spicy and soft. On the palate, the acidic flavours are mixed with sour tones of roasted pineapple, tamarind and even piloncillo (a variety of brown sugar). It is advisable to let it rest a few minutes after serving and the aromatic notes are more widely perceived.
