Gin Modernessia, a gin that represents the changes of the modern era, created by one of Spain’s most famous bartender, Alberto Pizarro. The selected botanicals are the same ones that were used by the Cistercian monks to make their liqueurs in the same places where gin is distilled today.
Gin Modernessia on the palate and nose is an elegant and fresh gin, with particular sweet notes of honey that balance with the prevailing notes of citrus and herbs, combined with notes of juniper. The finish is dry and the citrus and herbaceous notes that distinguish gin still prevail.
