PJ Rigney’s passion for exploration led him to Africa, at the foot of the Serengeti, where he found the majestic Kigelia Africana, also known as the «Sausage Tree», used for its purifying powers. Equally known for its purifying effects is the Irish nettle that grows in the pristine woods of Drumshanbo.
The idea of combining these two plants with Irish wheat gave birth to this vodka distilled slowly in medieval-style copper stills
