Carefully selected wheat, malt alcohol base and juniper berries are the main ingredients of this precious family recipe. The wide range of spices used in the main distillate for Oude Proever is left to soak in a special still for at least three days. The final distillate is mixed with Malt spirit, wheat alcohol and water, then everything is aged for a few years in American oak barrels.
