Lime

For the heart and for mixing.
Unlike lemon, its scent is drier, lighter and sweeter. It is good for the heart for its mineral content such as potassium, which can regulate the heartbeat and blood pressure.
The acidic taste makes lime the ideal ingredient for many cocktails and drinks: Caipirinha, Caipiroska, Daiquiri, Gimlet, and Mojito are just some of the most famous examples that demonstrate how this fruit can be combined with any alcohol base. Mixer lime puree can be used for batching with a dilution ratio of up to 1:6 for 7 liters of ready-to-use shelf stable lime juice.

In many countries, Guava is used in non-sweet cooking dishes and spice mixes. It is among the fruits richest in antioxidants and vitamin C. Its juice is so delicious that it is sometimes called the "nectar of the Gods".

Williams Pear

Did you know that the pear is not a fruit but a pomaceous of the genus Pyrus? The fruit is in fact made up only of the core and its seeds. Its sweetness and its regenerating properties have been enjoyed by man for over 4000 years all over the world. There are over five thousand types, but the most loved of all is the Williams Pear.
There are numerous delicious cocktails that can be prepared with the Mixer puree concentrate, created with Italian Williams pears picked at the perfect moment of ripeness. Known by the obsolete names of "Chinese cherry" and "desert grape", the lychee has a whitish and fleshy pulp, exquisitely sweet, with a taste of muscat and pink grapes. Originally from China, it is rich in vitamin C and low in fat and sodium, it is useful for the nervous system and the circulatory system.
